How is 'Booking an Appointment' done?

We run an appointment system and request all patients book in advance to see a Doctor or Nurse. Emergency consults will always be fitted in (this may not be with your regular GP). Our doctors aim to keep to appointment times. However, some patients take longer than anticipated and we ask for your patience and understanding.

Please ensure your contact details are correct with reception staff. If you fail to attend your booked appointment without cancelling prior, a fee may apply as this time can be used by another patient. Download New Patient Form.

What are you fees or service charges?

Bloom Medical Center is a mixed-billing practice. Our pricing varies depending on the type of service you want. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please call the reception on +211 (0) 92 697 7256 or contact us (via email) for more information.

Please ensure you bring a valid Insurance Card and any relevant concession cards.

Electronic Medicare Claims can be completed by reception upon payment of consultation.
